Dr. Gary Bruce Breitbart, M.D.
Dr. Breitbart completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University, Cook College in 1974. Immediately afterward Breitbart continued his studies at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico in 1978. His fellowship was completed in Vascular Surgery at New Jersey Medical School, UMDNJ in 1986 and was an Oncology Fellow at UMDNJ from 1983-1984. He then became a resident at UMDNJ from 1980-1985. At St. Francis Hospital in Rosyln, NY he held the position of Assistant Attending in General Surgery from 1992-1993. He also held this position at various hospitals including West Hudson Hospital, St. Michael's Medical Center and Jersey City Medical Center.
From 1989-199 Breitbart was appointed as Consultant in Vascular Surgery at St. Clares-Riverside Medical Center. His certifications include but are not limited to American Board of Surgery, American College of Surgeons Fellow and Recertified Vascular Surgery. Highlights of his Professional Appointments include Chief, Section of Surgical Intensive Care at Veteran's Administration Medical Center, Assistant Director of Surgery Department of Surgery in Jersey City Medical Center, and Administrative Chief Resident Department of Surgery at UMDNJ. He is presently an Attending at JFK Medical Center.
Charles Robert Argila, M.D., F.A.C.S., R.V.T.
Dr. Argila received his Bachelors from Seton Hall University in 1965 and studied medicine at University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey from 1965 to 1969. He completed his surgical internship and residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 1970 and 1974 respectively, serving as chief resident in Vascular and Cardiothoracic Surgery from 1972-1973. Dr. Argila also served as Chief resident in surgery from 1973-1974. He is a Fellow with the American College of Surgeons, and certified by the American Board of Surgery and as a Registered Vascular Technologist. He is currently appointed on the staff on JFK Medical Center. Argila has also served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps from 1974-1976. He is a member of the Eastern Vascular Society,
Vascular Society of New Jersey and the American College of Surgeons, among others.
David Mark Richmand, M.D.
Dr. Richmand graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1972. He studied medicine at Tufts University in Boston from 1972 to 1976. After receiving his MD degree in 1976, Dr. Richmand did his general surgical training and vascular surgical training at the New England Medical Center from 1976 to 1982. Dr. Richmand has been in clinical practice since 1982. He is currently appointed to the medical staff of John F. Kennedy Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Eastern Vascular Society, the Vascular Society of NJ, the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery and the Union County Medical Society.
Geoffrey Wong, M.D.
Dr. Wong graduated with an undergraduate honors degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan in 1995. He went on to study medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center graduating in 1999. He continued his education in general surgery at SUNY Downstate from 1999-2004 completing his last year as chief resident. Dr. Wong completed a fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at the University of Massachusetts in 2006. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery as well as Vascular Surgery. He is currently appointed to the medical staff of John F. Kennedy Medical Center.
Dr. Joseph Glenn Cabrera D.P.M.
Dr. Cabrera received his Bachelors of Science from Jersey City State College in 1993 and his Graduate degree from Rutgers University in 1994. He received he became Doctor of Podiatric Medicine after attending New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1998. He was a first year Resident at Staten Island University Hospital from 1998-1999, a Podiatric Surgical Resident at Massapequa General Hospital from 1999-2000 and Chief Podiatry Resident/Diabetic Wound Care Center at the Staten Island University Hospital from 2000-2001. He has served as Associate Podiatrist in private practice in Staten Island since 2001. Currently he works in the Wound Care Center and HBO - MRMC in Plainfield, NJ. Licenses and certifications
include but are not limited to Certified Hyperbaric Medicine; board qualified by American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and holds many Hospital and Nursing home privileges.
